This refreshing and informative podcast focuses on women’s professional experiences in the Customer Success industry. The host, Marija S. Pilley is one of the brightest minds in the industry and her guests are all women with great know-how. As the host himself puts it, Talking Customer Success “was created to promote the value of customer success within the enterprise and small business”. Two of the names that have shared their Customer Success wisdom on this podcast are Matt Barnett, known as ‘Papa Bear’ at Bonjoro and Andy Quintana, the founder of Slydeck.
