Your opportunity
Our customers and target audience are midsize B2B SaaS businesses around the world in various different disciplines and verticals.
We have a constant flow of organic signups through our website, which request a demo to be able to learn how Custify can help them reduce churn, improve product adoption, seering their onboarding experience and manage customer relationships. They want to become proactive and finally understand who of their customers gets value from their products and services.
You'll be responsible to showcase the Custify product to prospects. You need to understand their challenges and present technical complex products within a short timeframe, pick the right areas that are relevant, while also drawing an overall picture and tell the perfect story.
Our sales cycle is rather long, you'll need to stay in touch with prospects after your demo, you'll need to provide them with useful content and you'll need to personalize all your follow ups - white glove sales work.
You are
- An analytical thinker that can quickly understand business processes
- Excellent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with live customer calls on a daily base
- Able to understand SaaS products and have a general understanding of business processes
- Technical enough to sell a product that deeply integrates in your prospects business
- Comfortable of carrying a quota and being accountable
- Able to quickly adopt your processes as we are a fast growing startup
As a bonus
- You sold SaaS products before
- You have a technical background
- You are familiar with major CRMs and support ticketing systems
- You understand the customer success space and the needs of a CS team
